Eagle Eye

I can’t talk much about Eagle Eye since I’ve got the 3rd rows from the big screen in its premiere. With so little space between me and those faces and speed and movements and trying to keep up with the story…the best I can say about the Eagle Eye is that you will have to pay close attention to not loosing the details.

Michelle Monagan looks a bit older than Shia laBeouf, which goes quite well with the storyline until they were kissing in the end part of the movie. I mean…come on…should every leading actor ending up kissing the leading actress? Being in rush in almost every minutes of the movie doesn’t seemed working too well with romance, and I think without the kissing I credit the movie even better than with it.

The idea isn’t a brand new one, but the way D.J.Caruso portrays the concept of eagle eye with a huge sphere covered in gold layer and a ball flying around in it is a good one. Maybe the best part is the way Caruso put all the action into a continuous tense for the audience with the flat, persuasive and commanding voice of a mysterious woman talking along the flow of anxiety.

It is worth to watch. Make sure you do not have to leave the seat, or being seated in the front rows! ;p
